The copyright free music, known as Dreamscapes is supplied as a download (in MP3 format) subject to the following terms and conditions.
The only restriction on its use as backing music is where a third party distributes or makes commercial use of the final audio product on behalf of the licence holder.
The Dreamscapes tracks may be used for:
(1) Background music during a personal therapy session (e.g. hypnosis, massage etc.)
(2) As backing to a self-produced or commercially produced self-help audio or video for distribution by the licence holder
The licence holder may also edit the track to reduce or to extend the total running time to suit their needs.

(2) Transfer to any other Internet download site
(3) Sale, hire or loan to any third party
